Description This city hotel and beach resort comprises a total of 446 rooms and welcomes both families and business travellers alike. Each building simulates an authentic Mexican villa with a courtyard and a concierge service on hand during the day. The hotel offers 5 bars, a theatre auditorium, a restaurant and an ice-cream kiosk. Guests can enjoy the following services at an additional cost: use of rooms in the convention centre, a wedding planning service, a laundry and babysitting service and Internet and medical services (available 24 hours a day). Further facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and a hairdressing salon. Guests may also take advantage of the room service and there is parking available for those arriving by car. The younger guests will enjoy the kids' club and the children's playground. Location Description This hotel is located directly on the white sands of Playa Paraiso on the Maya Riviera. It is 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen with its links to the public transport network, restaurants, bars and pubs. The resort lies less than 30 minutes from the city of Cancún and Cancún International Airport. Hotel Room Description All rooms feature private balconies and come with 2 double beds or a king-size bed. For the convenience of guests, all have individually adjustable air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a make-up mirror and a telephone. Hotel Sports Description The hotel has a total of 5 pools including a slow river and a wave pool. It also features a gym, a poolside snackbar, sun loungers and parasols and a children's pool. A spa and beauty salon is available for an extra fee (located in the mall), where guests may enjoy a massage or spa treatment, a spa bath and a sauna. It is possible to take part in aqua aerobics and aerobics sessions, go motor boating, go cycling and play handball, bocce or billiards. The daily programme of activities on offer to guests includes: dance lessons, water polo, beach volleyball, basketball, archery, air rifle shooting and table tennis. The dive centre offers PADI catamarans, canoes and windsurfing at no extra charge (for a limited time and subject to availability), as well as diving and certification courses in diving for an additional fee. For children 4 to 12 years, the Lucy kids' club offers supervised activities. Moreover, for adults, there is a show every night with different live music and dancing in the auditorium and the hotel also offers a themed nightclub. The Iberostar Golf Club is available on site. Hotel Meals Description Guests may select their continental breakfast from a buffet or a menu and the midday and evening meals may also be enjoyed in buffet form. The evening meal is additionally available ŕ la carte. This establishment offers all-inclusive stays and the drinks are included.
